Further to the terror attacks that took place in November in Paris, the French government imposed an unlimited State of Emergency. The city of Nice and the organizers were thus obliged to postpone the international congress Nice Global Forum dedicated to Homeland Security and Crisis Management, initially planned from 2nd – 5th February 2016, according to the nature of the event and the high-level representatives who will attend.
